Santana was held out of Sunday's game with a sore back, the Cleveland Plain Dealer reports. "I think his back was bothering him on Saturday night. I just think he's frustrated more than anything. There have been some pitches that have not gone his way," manager Terry Francona said. Santana is hitting just .171 (7-for-41) in 11 games since being moved to the No. 2 spot in the batting order and this sounds more like a mental break than anything for the struggling Santana. Consider him day-to-day for now.
