Ruf is out of the lineup for Monday's game against the Pirates, Stephen Gross of The Morning Call reports. After starting each of the previous six games, Ruf is now out of the lineup for a second straight contest. Jeff Francoeur and Ben Revere will flank Obdul Herrera in the Phillies' outfield Tuesday night.
