Romo (forearm) could return to the Giants during their next homestand, Henry Schulman of the San Francisco Chronicle reports.

The Giants are currently on a quick, seven-game east coast road swing that began Friday, so they won't be back in San Francisco until June 24. Romo has been on a rehab assignment and he's scheduled to make an appearance at High-A San Jose on Sunday. Provided everything goes well, Romo will move up to Triple-A Stockton as his next step and then he'll presumably join the Giants as soon as next weekend.
