Rios (hand) is still likely two weeks away from returning, MLB.com's Jeffrey Flanagan reports. He will likely pick up a bat this week to test his hand with some swings, but a return to the Royals' lineup is still a couple weeks away. Paulo Orlando and Jarrod Dyson will continue to see extra time in the outfield while Rios is out.
