Revere (oblique) is expected to go through a full workout before being activated from the disabled list which could occur Friday, Jamal Collier of MLB.com reports.

Revere rejoined the Nationals Thursday, but he was kept out of the starting lineup due to the cold weather in Chicago and apparently due to not having gone through a full workout. If he can get through the workout Friday, there's a good chance that he'll slot back into center field for the second game of the series.
