Quintana gave up two earned runs on eight hits and four walks while striking out four over seven innings Tuesday against the Indians. On the one hand, Quintana was unfortunate to come away as the losing pitcher considering he allowed just two runs over seven innings, but on the other hand, he allowed 12 base-runners, so he was fortunate to only surrender two runs. He has steadily been chipping away at his ERA after struggles early in the season, and over the last month Quintana has given owners everything they had hoped for when drafting him. Quintana will look to push his ERA under 4.00 in his next start Sunday against the Twins.
