The hard-throwing righty was lit up over the fourth and fifth innings, giving up a two-RBI double to Jonathan Schoop and homers to Adam Jones and Mark Trumbo, with the latter's two-run blast in the fifth chasing Pineda from the game. The 27-year-old had been very solid over his previous four starts-- giving up just five earned runs over the 23.2 innings covering that span-- so Friday's results represented a definite regression.
