The San Diego Padres have activated Phil Hughes off of the disabled list and reinstated Kirby Yates from paternity leave. Kazuhita Makita and Robert Stock were sent to Triple-A in corresponding moves. Hughes has pitched to a disappointing 6.23 ERA since coming to the Padres and holds no fantasy value.
