Parker allowed four hits and three runs over 3.2 innings for Single-A Stockton in his first rehab start coming off his second Tommy John surgery. Parker only struck out one, but it was a good sign that there were reports that he hit 93 miles per hour on his fastball during the start. Assuming no setbacks, Parker is scheduled to return to the A's in late May.
