Padres recalled RHP Nick Vincent from Triple-A Tucson. Vincent had a 1.71 ERA in 27 innings with the Padres last year, but was forced to open the season at Triple-A after he missed the majority of spring training with a forearm injury. The 26-year-old will provide bullpen depth.
