Nava will miss his second consecutive game Friday against Dodgers because of a knee injury, Mike DiGiovanna of the Los Angeles Times reports.

Nava said he's unsure if he will be able to participate in the series as a result of the injury, but still plans to be ready when camp breaks. Nava hasn't been fantasy relevant since his breakout season with the Red Sox in 2013, but has come out swinging this spring, notching a 1.357 OPS with 10 RBI in 39 at-bats. Those numbers don't necessarily mean much, but they could be enough to make owners take notice as he opens the season in the larger half of a platoon with Craig Gentry.
