Nationals recalled 1B Chris Marrero from Triple-A Syracuse. No word yet on any corresponding moves. With Sunday's doubleheader against the Twins, the Nationals have the luxury of using a 26th player on their roster, but initial indications are that Marrero will remain with the team for longer than just one day. The 24-year-old was hitting .306/.355/.502 with 10 homers and 44 RBI in 55 games at Triple-A Syracuse.
