Myers will bat in the leadoff spot Thursday against Seattle. Cameron Maybin batted leadoff in San Diego's spring training opener Wednesday, but Myers will fill that role Thursday. Myers isn't a traditional leadoff man, but could still wind up landing there. Bud Black will likely continue to shuffle the top of the lineup around throughout spring training as leadoff is one of the question marks heading into the season.
