Molina left Tuesday's game against Cleveland in the ninth inning due to stiffness in his upper back, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports. Manager Mike Matheny didn't seem overly concerned but it is something to keep an eye on as Molina could miss a game or two at the very least.
