Minor (shoulder) is scheduled to begin his throwing program this week and hopes to be ready to rejoin the rotation in late-April/early-May, MLB.com's Mark Bowman reports. After being shut down for two weeks with shoulder soreness, it is good to hear that Minor plans to resume throwing this week. There is still a ton of risk here, as Minor was more of a flier option in mixed leagues when healthy given his sub-par 2014 season. Considering he should open the year on the disabled list, leagues with a DL spot would be the best places to stash him. With Minor out, Wandy Rodriguez, Eric Stults, Mike Foltynewicz and Manny Banuelos are battling it out for the final two rotation spots to start the year.
