Manager Joe Girardi indicated Thursday that Capuano (quad) is expected to miss the month of April, Jon Morosi of Fox Sports reports. Capuano was covering first base when the injury occurred, and it appears the issue is severe enough (Grade 2) to force him out at least a month. It remains to be seen who will take his spot in the rotation, but the Yankees will need to replace another starter for the beginning of the 2015 campaign.
