Luis Rodriguez's third hit of the night was his biggest on Wednesday, as he took the Yankees' Cory Wade deep for a walkoff blast in the 12th. Rodriguez doubled twice off Yankees starter Ivan Nova. Coming into this evening, Rodriguez had just eight extra-base hits in 91 at-bats. A 31-year-old career .239 hitter, Rodriguez and his .198/.301/.354 2011 triple slash are going to have a hard time finding a spot on a major-league roster next season.
