Longoria is day-to-day after being hit on the left wrist by a pitch in Monday's game against Washington, Fox Sports Florida reports. Longoria went 1-for-1 with a walk, an RBI and a run before taking a Taylor Hill pitch to the wrist. X-rays were negative after the game, so he could be right back out there Tuesday. Longoria suffered an injury to the same wrist earlier this month, though, which may prompt the Rays to exercise caution.
