Lester walked four batters and gave up two home runs but still earned the win Monday against the Mets, lasting six innings and giving up three earned runs. This was Lester's third consecutive win. Although he's walked seven batters in his past three starts, he's allowed a combined four earned runs in that span and has pushed his ERA back down to 4.10 after it was 7.84 through two starts.
