Kennedy struck out six and walked two while giving up two runs on four hits over six innings to earn his first win of the season Friday against the Rockies. It was a nice rebound for Kennedy after he was roughed up by the Dodgers in his first stat back from the disabled list. The Padres' rebuilt offense provided plenty of run support for Kennedy and company Friday night, plating 14 runs against the Colorado staff. Kennedy will get a nice matchup on the road against the Giants on Wednesday in his next scheduled start.
