Kazmir pitched well in a winning effort Monday, holding the Astros to just one run in six innings of work. The only damage to the lefty was a solo home run from Jose Altuve. Through 13 innings this season, Kazmir is showing that his 2014 was no fluke, allowing just one run and striking out 18. His next start will come against the Royals this weekend.
