Indians released RHP Jeremy Accardo. Accardo was designated for assignment by the Indians over the weekend after posting a 4.58 ERA and 28/16 K/BB ratio over 35 1/3 innings this season. He's likely to latch on elsewhere on a minor league deal before long.
