Indians claimed RHP Rick VandenHurk off waivers from the Blue Jays. VandenHurk just signed with Toronto a month ago after being released by the Orioles in early-February. The 26-year-old right-hander has a 5.97 ERA over 181 innings at the major league level. He is currently out of options.
