Hardy (shoulder) is ahead of schedule, as he's partaking in baseball activities Tuesday afternoon, MASN's Roch Kubatko reports. Hardy fielded grounders and threw to all of the bases, so it seems he's almost ready for games. He's expected to return when first eligible on Apr. 11, with Everth Cabrera and Ryan Flaherty working at shortstop in the meantime. Flaherty hit a solo home run on Opening Day.
