Guerra was placed on the 15-day disabled list Monday retroactive to April 13 with shoulder inflammation. Guerra started the season pitching relatively well, allowing two hits and a walk but no runs over 1.2 innings in three outings. However, shoulder inflammation was likely part of the reason he hasn't appeared in a game since April 13, and now it will cause him to move to the disabled list.
