Granderson (knee) returned to the lineup for Friday's spring training game, Adam Rubin of ESPN New York reports. Granderson's injury was hit in the knee by a pitch during Thursday's spring training game, but the issue was obviously minor. Assuming nothing resurfaces Friday, he should be fine for Opening Day.
