Giants purchased the contract of RHP Ramon Ramirez from Triple-A Fresno. Ramirez has posted a 3.46 ERA, 1.19 WHIP and 31/3 K/BB ratio in 26 innings of relief this season at the Triple-A level. He should do fine in the Giants' bullpen.
