Giants optioned RHP Jake Dunning to Triple-A Fresno. The move clears a spot for Joaquin Arias' return from the disabled list. Dunning has a 2.84 ERA and 14/6 K/BB ratio over 19 innings with the Giants and should be back later this summer.
