Ellsbury is out of Tuesday's lineup against the Rockies with the flu, Mark Feinsand of the New York Daily News reports.

Per manager Joe Girardi, Ellsbury has been battling a stomach bug all day and it doesn't sound as though he'll be available as an option off the bench Tuesday. It's unclear if Ellsbury will be ready to return for Wednesday's tilt, but Aaron Hicks -- who's drawing the start in center field Tuesday -- figures to slot into the lineup should he miss anymore time.
