Dominguez (shoulder) has allowed three earned runs over four appearances in 3.2 innings since returning from the 7-day DL at Triple-A Durham. The hard-throwing right-hander missed nearly a month with his injury. If he can get hitters out consistently for a prolonged stretch at Durham, the Rays could make him part of the mix for a middle relief role during the second half of the season.
