Dominguez has been optioned to Triple-A Durham by the Rays. The hard-throwing right-hander may be among the first relievers brought up when injuries strike the Rays this season, but he'll likely work on shoring up his control in the minors throughout April. Dominguez tossed just three innings for the Rays in Grapefruit League play, holding the opposition without a hit and posting a 5:1 K:BB.
