Crisp left Tuesday's game with neck tightness, MLB.com's Jane Lee reports. He went down hard while chasing a double off the bat of Colby Rasmus in the second inning, presumably injuring his neck. He missed quite a bit of time with neck issues in 2014, so this is especially concerning given Crisp's track record. Consider him day-to-day for now.
