Crawford (oblique) is expected to begin a rehab assignment at High-A Rancho Cuncamonga this week, Dylan Hernandez of the LA Times reports. Crawford took live batting practice over the weekend, and he's not expected to require a lengthy rehab stint. The hope is that Crawford will be ready to return sometime around the All-Star break.
