Neither Hamilton nor Cozart necessarily profiles as a prototypical leadoff hitter - Cozart has a .315 OBP, and Hamilton's OBP is even worse. Ideally the Reds need to develop a high on-base guy to hit in front of Joey Votto, but right now that player doesn't exist on the big league roster.
