Coke has signed a minor league deal with the Blue Jays, Brendan Kennedy of the Toronto Star reports. Coke was granted his release by the Cubs earlier this week after posting a 6.30 ERA over 10 innings (16 games). However, his FIP of 3.51 suggests he may not been as bad as the numbers show. He'll get on board in Toronto on a team-friendly deal, where he'll have to pitch his way back to the majors, starting out in Triple-A Buffalo.
