Cobb (forearm) may have a torn elbow ligament, Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times reports. The report says this is "informed speculation", so we'll be on the lookout for something more solid. It's still a troubling development for Cobb's owners, as the right-hander was shut down from throwing Monday, and he may now be in danger of needing Tommy John surgery.
