Chris Nelson hit a solo home run in Colorado's loss to the Reds on Friday. Nelson's third-inning blast off of Homer Bailey would be all the offense the Rockies could muster in a 4-1 loss at home. Recalled earlier in the day after being sent back to Triple-A on August 24, Nelson is now batting .233/.263/.358 through 167 plate appearances this season.
