The 27-year-old outfielder spent 2016 in the Indians organization, although it was a fairly disappointing year given his lack of success (.246 batting average, 29.3 percent strikeout rate) and his injury issues that limited him to just 71 games. The Orioles have plenty of better options for their major league outfield, so Choice will likely be relegated to an organizational depth role in 2017.
