Chisenhall had started 17 of the previous 18 games at third base before Monday, but he'll now be held out of action for a second consecutive contest. It's likely more of a product of facing southpaws both days than anything else, as the Indians will oppose Jose Quintana on Tuesday. Mike Aviles will get the start at third and bat sixth in his stead.
