Cedeno has been removed from the Nationals' 25-man roster, James Wagner of the Washington Post reports. The southpaw probably also lost his spot on the 40-man, as he's being replaced on the big-league roster by right-handed Rafael Martin. Both Cedeno and Martin put up dominant numbers out of the bullpen for Triple-A Syracuse last season, but Cedeno already has two blown saves in the majors this year. Assuming the lefty is designated for assignment, he could draw interest from other teams.
