EDGE Analysis
He struck out five and walked just one batter, but Coors Field got the best of the hard-throwing right-hander in his second start for the Marlins. He allowed single runs in the first and second innings before settling down with three straight scoreless frames. Things unraveled in the sixth, however, as Cashner allowed two singles, a double, a triple and a walk before being lifted without recording an out. Cashner will look to right the ship Friday at home against the White Sox.
