Carrera is out of the lineup Wednesday after suffering a mild Achilles injury Tuesday against the Diamondbacks, Barry Davis of Sportsnet reports.

According to Davis, Carrera suffered the injury when running from first to third base in Tuesday's contest. Although he's out of the lineup Wednesday, Carrera did tell reporters that he is feeling better Wednesday. With that in mind, Carrera is unlikely to miss much additional time beyond Wednesday. Owners will want to check his status when lineups are released Friday, however.
