Cano walked, homered, scored twice and drove in two runs in a 2-for-5 game in a win Monday over the Rangers.
EDGE Analysis
Cano has homered in consecutive games and is just one away from tying his career high of 33 set in 2012 with the Yankees. With nearly a full month of the season left, he should have no problem blowing past that mark. After posting slugging percentages of .454 and .446 respectively in his first two seasons as a Mariner, it was easy to wonder if Cano's power was leaving him, but he now owns a sharp .535 slugging percentage and is proving there's still plenty of pop left in his bat.
