Cabrera went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in Toronto's win over the Yankees on Sunday. Cabrera, slashing .305/.356/.460 this season, hadn't hit a home run in 12 straight games coming into Sunday. The 30-year-old outfielder has had a productive season for the Blue Jays, especially since the All-Star break. In 159 at-bats over the second half of the season, Cabrera has hit .321/.374/.478 with four home runs, 13 doubles and 26 RBI.
