Buchholz left Friday's game against the Yankees with right elbow tightness, Scott Lauber of the Boston Herald reports. The 30-year-old was charged with three runs (one earned) on six hits over 3.1 innings prior to exiting. It's a troubling diagnosis to be sure, but Buchholz should be considered merely questionable to make his first start after the All-Star break until more information becomes. Buchholz tossed a complete game in his first start of July after posting a 2.21 ERA in six June outings.
