Blue Jays reassigned LHP Luis Perez, C Derrick Chung and C Jack Murphy to minor league camp. It's the second round of cuts the Jays have made this spring. Perez, 29, underwent offseason surgery to remove scar tissue from his left elbow and is expected to begin the season on the disabled list. Perez is 5-6 with a 4.50 ERA over 112 innings in the major leagues.
