Blanco started both games of Saturday's double-header against the Rockies, going 3-for-9 with two runs, a double, and his third stolen base of the season. It is worth noting that manager Bruce Bochy picked Blanco as the only outfielder to start both games of the double-header. While Angel Pagan and Hunter Pence appear to be everyday players, it has yet to be determined how the at-bats will be split up in left field among Blanco, Nori Aoki, and Justin Maxwell. But if Saturday was any indication, it seems as though Bochy will ride the hot hand. Those in deeper leagues should take note, as Blanco has been useful when getting playing time.
