Beckham is out of the lineup Wednesday against the Astros, Mike DiGiovanna of the Los Angeles Times reports. With five starts in the last six games entering Wednesday, Beckham has seemed to make a push for claiming the starting third base job over David Freese. While give way to Freese on Wednesday, Beckham's hot bat since joining the Angels may prove too potent to keep on the bench with any regularity.
