Bauer (illness) could attempt to play catch Sunday, MLB.com's Jordan Bastian reports. Bauer is still on track to start Tuesday's game against the Royals, but the Indians will need to see him first demonstrate that he's sufficiently recovered from the illness before he toes the rubber again. Affirmation on his availability for the start may not arrive until Monday.
