Bailey struck out 11 batters over six scoreless innings to claim the win in Friday's 7-4 victory over the Brewers.
EDGE Analysis
It was far and away the best we've seen of Bailey in his three starts since returning from Tommy John surgery, as he yielded only three hits and a walk while generating 16 swinging strikes. It would probably be unwise to make too much of the outing given that the Brewers possess the highest strikeout rate in the MLB this season (25.4%), but at the very least, Bailey should make for a serviceable streaming option in fantasy leagues where he's available. He now sits on a 4.30 ERA , 1.36 WHIP and 21:5 K:BB ratio across 14.2 innings this season.
